International Shipping FAQs

This page answers questions regarding international shipping. If you are shipping within the USA, US territories, or APO addresses, please refer to our FAQ page for frequently asked questions regarding US-based shipping and other topics.

 

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship to many countries around the world, but not all. If your country does not appear in the dropdown menu at checkout, it means we currently do not offer shipping there. In most cases, this is due to a high rate of lost packages, difficulties with customs clearance, or customers facing excessive import fees. If you'd like to inquire about a specific country or discuss possible options, feel free to email us at maestro@gallagherfragrances.com.

 

Q: How much will international shipping cost to my country?

A: For International orders we offer free shipping worldwide for orders valued at/above $95 USD. International orders below $95 USD are subject to a small shipping fee. There is an automated postage calculator on the checkout page that will calculate your postage cost based on your mailing address, total order value, and your desired shipping speed. Please note that we do not pay any import taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country. This policy does not apply to shipping for Canada, Greece, or Romania- please keep reading below for further details on shipping to these countries.

 

Q: What is your policy for shipping to Canada?

A: All Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, and we cover all duties and import fees so you won’t be surprised by additional charges at delivery.

To help offset these costs, we do charge shipping on lower-value orders. However, orders over $95 USD will ship free, with duties still fully covered by us.

Q: What is your policy for shipping to Greece & Romania?

A: Due to a high rate of packages being held at local post offices without notice to the recipient and excessive import fees, we no longer use the government postal service for shipments to Romania and Greece. Instead, we now ship to these countries exclusively via UPS Worldwide Expedited. This service is significantly more reliable and typically delivers directly to your door with minimal hassle.

Please note that we do not cover any duties or taxes your country may impose upon import.

Because UPS has a higher associated cost, a shipping fee is unfortunately required:

- Orders under $25 USD: $50 USD shipping fee

- Orders between $25–$199 USD: $30 USD shipping fee

- Orders over $200 USD: Free shipping (duties not included)

Q: Are your perfumes available for in-person sampling in my country?

A: Please check our Stockists page to see where our perfumes are available for in-person sampling. If the country you’re looking for is not listed, our website will be the only place to purchase—provided we ship to your country.

Q: Where is my package (International Shipping)?

A: Most international orders arrive within 4 weeks, though in rare cases, delivery may take up to 8 weeks. If your tracking information has not updated for 30 days, please contact us at maestro@gallagherfragrances.com so we can investigate and provide any applicable resolution.

Please note that our automated shipping system occasionally omits the tracking link from the shipping confirmation email. If you receive a shipping confirmation without a tracking link, simply reply to that email to let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide it to you manually.


Q: My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. Is my package lost?

A: Sometimes packages are scanned incorrectly as "delivered" or they may be delivered to a neighboring address. In these cases, we kindly ask that customers wait a few more business days to see if the package turns up. If you still have not received the package in 5 business days from the date that the package was marked "delivered" please let us know by sending an email to maestro@gallagherfragrances.com so we may correct this issue.

 

 

We aim to have the best possible customer service in the industry. We do not outsource any customer service, so every issue is handled directly by the brand owners. We cannot guarantee a response to social media DMs.
